With 40 years of commercial construction experience, it should come as no surprise that we have extensive experience in fully-developing vacant sites from the ground up as well as fully-demolishing existing site improvements to allow for new projects to take their place. In fact, our experience is so extensive that we have remodeled several of our projects - multiple times - which we also had the pleasure of being the original builder for!

Whether you are a corporation or franchisee with one location needing improvement or you have multiple locations in need of image updating, count on Miller Pacific to become familiar with the finer details of the new image to be sure that all aspects are covered. We select our subcontractors based on their ability to keep pace with constructing multiple, concurrent sites, and our project delivery team is well-versed at multi-site image roll-outs. Craig Miller started in business November 1978, in Salem, Oregon. Craig has completed projects in ten western states, including Alaska and Hawaii. In 1982, Craig and Norma were married and moved to California in 1986, focusing on this market area, where we have built our reputation for quality workmanship at a reasonable price. Over the past 40 years we have been blessed with tremendous growth and success.
